Snow of soft and white

There's snow in most countries with seasons.

However, it's also snowing in my country.

A soft and white snow
which starts to fall
when the pods of cotton on the cotton tree riped and popped

As the wind blows
the cotton of the pods start to fall

Like that on real snow
it's white and soft

However it's unique
as the snow is not snow
but of cotton blown by the wind.
